We strive to keep shipping costs low! We have set up our packaging and distribution to make shipping as cheap as possible, even with today's outrageous shipping rates. Please understand that we are a small business and we do not have the power and money associated larger internet retailers. When you purchase from us, we strive to treat all of our customers as fairly as possible. We only ask that you be our partners in this fair treatment.

For ground shipments, our default is to always use the least expensive method of shipping, which means your package may come USPS, Fedex or UPS. If you are unable to receive from one of these shipping services, please contact us either ahead of placing your order or directly after placing your order at (540)-354-4847 or via our contact form. We will be happy to accommodate your need for a specific shipping service.
For international shipments, our prices do not include any tariffs or brokerage fees for importing goods. If you have questions about this, please contact us ahead of time at (540) 354-4847 or via our contact form to get more information on the product(s) you intend to purchase as the country of origin might affect the tariffs. Even though UPS or Fedex might have the lower price for shipping, we would recommend using the postal service for your order, especially for smaller items. The fees tend to be much cheaper with the hand off between the United States Postal Service and your local postal service.
Bundle and save! If shipping costs are what is keeping you from ordering, please contact us at (540) 354-4847 or via our contact form. Especially if you are ordering multiple items, we can usually bundle the items in the same box and help you save on overall shipping costs.
We are happy to expedite your order, but call us first at (540) 354-4847. By simply getting your order out the same day, we may meet your needs without costing you any additional money. Our only rule is that expedited orders must be placed before 12 PM EDT to be shipped the same day.
Please provide us with a physical address for shipping. Due to their size, some packages will not ship to Post Office Boxes.
Please provide us with accurate contact information. If there is a question about your order, we will contact you twice via email and then by phone. We will only use your contact information to contact you about your order. If we are unable to contact you, it may delay your order.
Providing a deliverable and accurate shipping address is the sole responsibility of the customer. We rely on the address you input to send your package to a deliverable and secure location. Packages that are undeliverable and returned to us will be charged any fees associated with the return. If the order needs to be dispatched again upon its return to us, extra shipping fees may apply. If the order is no longer wanted upon return to us, customers will receive a credit for the product, minus the return shipping costs and minus a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping fees for orders are nonrefundable. Packages that are stolen are the responsibility of the customer.
We ask that you allow up to 5 business days for processing for regular ground orders, however, we will strive to have your order out well before this deadline! If a product has a different lead time from 5 business days, it will be posted at the top of the individual product page.
Returns are allowed up to 30 days after the ship date. Please be aware the purchaser must pay return shipping and a 10% restocking fee to cover those pesky credit card fees and repackaging of items. Original shipping fees for orders are also nonrefundable. Item(s) must be returned in new and unused condition or additional fees may apply. Cancelled orders will now incur a 3% fee.
