This high quality single scull roof rack is made for rowers who want to pamper their boat, but do not want to spend an arm and a leg for equipment that will never go on the water. A perfect fit for any single sculler.

Sturdy powder coated aluminum frame fits most popular recreational rowing shells.  Generous 20 inch wide cradles.  8 feet total length.  Tubular nylon webbing supports your shells' decks comfortably with added closed cell foam padding. Green vinyl bumpers on all rack ends protect both boat and vehicle from dings. Its slim design allows for multiple racks with oars to be placed on one roof.

The take apart feature allows you to break your rack down into two pieces for easy storage in your vehicle or garage when not in use.

Easily attaches to Thule, Yakima and other popular roof rack crossbars.

Purchase a couple of pairs of 9 Foot Boat Straps or 12 Foot Boat Straps and Underhood Tie-Downs to help safely transport your boat, or take a look at the Double Scull Roof Rack if you have both 1x and 2x shells in need of car topping.
